Dave Cornthwaite: Swim1000
So you might of heard of this delightful and inspirational adventure seeker. This Ladies and Gentlemen is Dave Cornthwaite, the talisman for "Expedition 1000" by where he plans to take part in 25 non motorised journeys of a 1000+ miles to raise money for Charity. An even more astonishing fact is that when Dave finally completes all 25 journeys, he will have traveled the circumference of the Earth.
After just finishing his 1000 mile journey on his Bikecar in America Dave has now set his sights on Expedition number 7, swimming a 1000 miles down the Missouri river, known as Swim1000. There is no need to for me to explain much more as you can watch the video and even get involved in helping Dave make this expedition available to everyone.
